Q. HOW DO I REACH CHITKARA CAMPUS?
The Chandigarh & Rajpura station is connected to all major cities of the country by train & bus.Chitkara Campus is situated 30 Kms off Chandigarh & 8 Kms off Rajpura on Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway, which is well connected to all the cities of India.

Q. HOW TO REACH THE CHITKARA CAMPUS ON ARRIVAL AT CHANDIGARH/ RAJPURA?
The first thing that you will notice on coming out of the railway station or bus stand will be the Participants’ Reception (PR) team. (We believe in Atihi Devo Bhava)

*We will be there from 11th of April. Periodic announcements will be made at the station addressing the participants. Chitkara buses and the volunteers will be available to bring you to the campus. The volunteers will guide you to the registration desk. Moreover you can also take a cab or bus to the Campus.

*Q. WHAT AFTER REACHING THE CAMPUS?
You will be taken to the Registration Desk where you and your team/ contingent will have to register. After that you will be provided accommodation in the campus. There will be nominal registration fee of Rs. /-. There will also be fully refundable security deposit.

Q. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I HAVE TO BRING IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE OR TO AVAIL ACCOMMODATION?
You have to bring the Institute Identity Card to avail the accommodation during GAMEEKS 1.0. It is of absolute importance that you carry your Institute Identity Card with you.

Q. ALLRITE, I AM REGISTERED AT THE DESK. WHAT NEXT? WHERE DO I STAY?
Participant will be accommodated in the Hostels of CHITKARA CAMPUS. The boys and Girls will be accommodated separately.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
The participants will be provided with mattresses & pillows so you need not stuff your backpack with these items. You MUST carry your institute I card with you. Participants of various events should bring anything that is required for their respective events. Regarding this, you can contact the respective coordinators of the events.

*Q. I AM REALLY EXCITED TO COME DOWN FOR GAMEEKS 1.0. WHEN CAN I COME AT THE EARLIEST?
Accommodation shall be provided to participants reaching CHITKARA CAMPUS after 0800 hrs on 11th April. We advise you to stick with this scheme. However, if you cannot help it and have a genuine problem, get in touch with Team GAMEEKS 1.0 and we shall take care of it.

Q. WHAT CONDUCT DO YOU EXPECT OF ME?
During GAMEEKS 1.0, the otherwise serene campus is transformed into a vibrant hub with students from more than 300 colleges coming together. However, it is required that you follow a proper code of conduct. Any instance of hooliganism, indecent behaviour and rowdiness will not be tolerated. If found indulging in any misconduct, the participant shall be asked to leave immediately along with his team/ contingent.

Q. WHAT ABOUT THE SECURITY OF MY BELONGINGS INSIDE THE CAMPUS?CHITKARA CAMPUS has round the clock security everywhere in the campus. Additional guards will be posted at the hostels to safeguard your belongings. Volunteers will also be present at the accommodation venues. All said and done, we request you to avoid carrying expensive item.

Q. WHEN DO I GET MY CERTIFICATES & PRIZES?
Certificates & Prizes will be given on 13th April in the closing ceremony.
